SWF, DWF, PDF....it's all so confusing!
This tech support call I read about on Beau Turner's Blog is hilarious! I tried to track the original link down on Lee's site (Lee Ambrosius? Not sure), but was unsuccessful so I'll post a link to both blogs and the file itself. It sounds authentic to me, but I'll bet it was a prank! Sounds just like the Jerky Boys...
P.S. The file is a shockwave flash (SWF), so you'll need the flash player to hear it.
