Quick Tip – Selecting Hatch Line Intersections

The Problem:
Ever have trouble selecting the intersection of two lines? Even with a “intersection” running object snap turned on?…Chances are that you are ignoring hatch objects in your selection process.

The Fix:
Open your Options dialog box by typing options at the command line, or “op”, or select “options…” from the tools or format pull-down menus. Once the Options dialog box is visible click on the “drafting” tab and uncheck the “ignore hatch objects” option as shown below.
